• Alfawega.com ,warrants this product against any manufacturing defects for the period of warranty .
• All warranty periods indicated are from alfawega.com.
• After receiving a Return Management number (RMA), you will be required to ship the defective item back to alfawega.com .For the first 3Months, the Shipping is Free and 20 AED will be charges after this period.
• To avail the warranty service, you should bring the product With RMA number , Invoice and warranty card to alfawega customer service center as indicated below.
• If the Product is beyond repair, alfawega may replace your handset with a suitable equivalent model of same brand.
• The warranty terms and conditions shall be applicable for all accessories.
• This warranty is not transferable and will not be applied if the IMEI ,Serial Number of this product is removed, modified or cleared .
• The warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, transportation, negligence, humidity, rust, use with voltages other than designated or operation in a manner not in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction manual. In such events and if the product is found to be non-repairable, alfawega is not responsible to return the product in its original state.
• The minimum repair charges of out warranty would be 50 AED and the Max will be 150 AED based on level of repairs. The Software Up-gradation charges lies between 50AED and 100AED .
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 5 working days from the delivered date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the same conditions as received including original packing box. 1. If The Product specifications are different from the invoice. exemple: brand , color or technical specifications .
2. If the product or any component damaged by a tear or breakage, outside the customer's responsibility. Note:a specialized technical team can identify the responsibility, with an entire credibility.
3. If the product is received with incomplete Accessories.
